Chef Mulligan uses garden's first harvest
Sept.
9, 2009—School Chef Tim Mulligan's dishes received rave reviews
by district staff at the annual district-wide staff luncheon on Sept. 3—the Thursday before school started.
The chef used fresh produce from
Blackbird Paradise to create a tomato/mozzarella and herb dish, coleslaw,
a tomato cucumber salad and a big pan of roasted vegetables.
