All library materials must be checked out before
being taken from the library.
Fiction and non-fiction books are loaned for 3
weeks and may be renewed once.
Magazines and pamphlets are loaned for 1 week and
may be renewed once.
The newest issues of magazines may be read only in
the library.
Overdue notices are given to middle school
students during 9th period and high school students during 1st period
on G days; no fines are charged, but no additional materials may be
borrowed until the overdue item is returned.
Students are charged the full replacement cost for
lost or damaged library materials. No additional materials may be
borrowed until the payment is made.
Photocopies cost $.10 a page.
There is no charge for computer print-outs. To
keep paper usage to a minimum, read the Think before you print" note
on the computer monitors.
The World Wide Web may be used to find information
for class assignments and for personal interest about topics that are
appropriate in school. Please see the school district's
Computer Network for Education Regulations.
Personal e-mail, chat rooms, and electronic games
may NOT be used in the library.
